[this by far the best working radiator heater you can by for the price...works with no oil or water heats up in 10 minutes or less heats normal bedroom in about 1hr confortably much better than oil ones. Only 3 Watts

Didn't get the cell range promised. Unit was only 3 watts which did not heat up even the unit itself. Had to return unit.
