Product Description

Goldenrod heats to a surface temperature of less than 150 degrees (which is almost too warm to touch for some) and circulates warm, dry air throughout an enclosure on a 24 hour basis. This increases the temperature, of the air inside to several degrees above the ambient outside temperature. Expansion of the heated air forces the moist air outside through the vents and openings leaving the dry air inside.Select the largest unit that will fit the space. For larger areas use multiple units. You cannot overdry an area with GoldenRods.GoldenRod can be installed in two minutes. Simply attach the universal brackets using the enclosed screws and snap the GoldenRod in place. Goldenrod must be mounted horizontally at bottom of an enclosure to work effectively.

Bullet Proof Heater!

This is my 4th GoldenRod heater purchased in the last 15 years. My first was actually 15 years ago, and is working today as the day it was installed. These heaters are proven and perfected. In my opinion, there is no better safe or cabinet heater on the market. Whatever your use, this will be your one and only purchase. These heaters last forever!

I have this in my Snap on Elite gun safe. I have a humidity/temp monitor and this keeps the interior temperature around 84 deg with a humidity around 50%. I live on the gulf coast of Florida and it seems to do well even in our warm humid climate.
