I bought this one to replace my 5 year old one that had a burnt-out motor... it is not so bad.

Replacing a Nutone with an exact model Broan

Very poor quality.
I replaced the Nutone with the exact same model except it was a Broan. The squirrel cage fan was crooked on the motor shaft causing a vibration, the motor/heater assembly was less than 25% inserted in the metal box slot. I loosened the single screw holding the motor/heater assy and tried to push the plastic tab further in the slot. Upon installing the screw the assy managed to slide out again.
As I said: Very very poor QC and installation of this product.
