Not as warm as I expected

From the what the product was promising it really doesn't heat up as much as I would like. I use it for our living room area and usually have to set it to the highest temp to really feel a difference. Living in Illinois it gets very cold in the winter. We are having lows of 16 degrees. It's okay if you need it for an enclosed area, but don't use it for a wide open space and expect it to knock off that cold chill.
