I purchased this item and nothing could be easier to use, very simple and about 15 min for the job in total time, fits snugly and has no apparent leaks.

Masonry--not so hot.

Over priced is too kind. Single wall construction through out makes it less than easy to do a masonry placement which requires an additions sleeve and makes the giant combustible sleeve useless as the hole is much too large for masonry (6" dia.).

There was a minor delay in fillin gthe order but Mr Rubberneck kept me informed and did everything possible to expidite. The product itself contained everything needed for installation and kept em from making multiple trips to my local supply store
